Stylish accommodation with marvellous and perfect location next to the cable car. Location next to the Gondola, the ski lifts and the top mountain. Amicable and very kind staff team who was amazing and very welcoming and gave delivered excellent service.

The rooms are well-appointed and fashionable, the bar is fantastic.

Consider requesting a room away from the ski bars for a quieter experience, especially if you're sensitive to noise during the evening.

Cozy, modern atmosphere with excellent service.

The location is fine, with amazing mountain views and easy access to nearby German and Austrian attractions. The wellness area, particularly the saunas, provided a nice escape after a day on the slopes. The overall experience was marred by inefficient staff who struggled to provide helpful information, a crowded pool filled with children, and the unclear separation of facilities, made navigation frustrating. Communication issues also arose regarding the availability of amenities like dressing gowns in rooms, and the quality of the infrastructure left much to be desired.

The wellness area is great with a fine sauna and heated outdoor pool. Rooms are cozy, with Nespresso machines. Breakfast offers a wide variety, and there's free parking available. A fantastic experience ☕

Great location near skiing, but the Wi-Fi was terrible and unreliable.

The location was fantastic, very close to the ski lift. The pool and sauna facilities were nice, but the pool was a bit colder than expected. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the room, which had a charming wooden style, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The hotel could improve by offering complimentary slippers and bathrobes who want to use the spa facilities.

Room had a tv and Nespresso machine. A balcony with views of the fine Tirol mountains. Wellness facilities included an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by snow, and a sauna that was super relaxing. Location was perfect, just a short walk to the gondola, and a supermarket nearby made things easy for us.

good stay but minor issues to address

The skiing access was convenient. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The live music in the bar created a fantastic atmosphere each evening.

There were some delays at check-in.

We stayed in a nice room that had a good amount of space and looked pretty stylish. the shower was great, and the bed was super comfy. It was awesome that the hotel was right by the Hartkaiser Gondola - perfect for hitting the slopes 🎿.
